This is a typescript copy of a committee report with appendices and minutes of meetings, together with statements submitted at the meeting with the Inverell and District Chamber of Commerce. The bundle in 3/3000 includes maps and photographs.

The papers in 3/6708 relate to the above-mentioned report. The papers are divided into seven folders which contain the following:
