This series consists of the Duty Diary of the Bingara Police Station.

This shows for each day the type of duty in which each policeman, and where relevant his horse, was engaged. Information recorded includes police duty, (name and rank) and days Sunday through Saturday. On the right hand on the two page spread, is the information recorded about the horses (brand number and letter), days Sunday through Saturday, and number of rations of forage drawn during the week. The special occurrences column records such details as visits from senior police officers; transfers of staff; stores received; circulars received; rainfall recorded; reports of crimes committed; warrants and summonses issued. The entries are arranged chronologically.
