The bundles comprise leases of accommodation houses ("The Rest", "Warumbul", "Gundimaian"), in particular the leases of Mr H.R. Hamill and Mr A. Cooper; contracts re building and repairs, the ferry service, the Kiosk etc.; valuations of property in the Park; contracts with Metropolitan Coal Co.; the Railway Commissioner; duplicate agreement between National Park Trust and the Metropolitan Coal Co. of Sydney Ltd.; loans for the accommodation house (Allambie House); permissive and boat shed occupancy documents.
