Full description

The information given in these registers includes: style of co-partnership; description and locality of tenement; number of tenement; names of shareholders; shares created - date of registering and register number of shares; miners' rights - number and date; reference to lien register - folio and number of lien; transfer - number and date; transferee; and miners' rights - number and date. Sketch plans showing the location of tenements are sometimes included.

The first volume (36/2262) contains application numbers 1891/1-1905/1, schedule 24, and from 1906 schedule 13 Nos. 1-7.
The third volume (36/2264) includes entries for application numbers 35, 47, 50, 52, 53 and 55 noting renewals of tenements from 1941.
