Each register gives the following information: local number of application; date of application and date and hour of receipt; names of applicants; description of lease and locality; area; date of notice to survey; name of surveyor; date of receipt of plan and when forwarded to Warden or Department, as the case may be.This volume includes 3 entries recording applications for authority to search on residential leases, for July 1897.
