Each register gives the following information: local number of application; date of application and date and hour of receipt; names of applicants; description of lease and locality; area; date of notice to survey; name of surveyor; date of receipt of plan and when forwarded to Warden or Department, as the case may be.The first entry, No.1, dated 24 November 1886, of this series is located at the back of volume 7/193 of the series Registers of gold lease applications.
