Copies of telegrams, with translations attached, to and from commercial agents in various parts of the world, eg. London, Japan, New York, Ottawa, Cape Town, Hong Kong, and Singapore. They deal with requests for quotations and samples of various goods; trade exhibitions; and the shipment of cargoes.

The telegrams are usually acknowledged by a letter.
