Full description
Inter-individual variation in alternative splicing has been reported to contribute to transcriptomic diversity in human monocytes. To assess regulated alternative splicing in MDM we re-analysed the RNA-seq data from patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), their unaffected siblings and healthy donors with no family history of IBD. The dataset presents transcript-based expression levels for all genes, where a transcript was expressed in at least 5 samples and at at least 10 normalized counts.Issued: 2026
