Nikon A1 laser scanning confocal microscope with MadCity ultra-fast piezo Z-drive, filter and spectral detection, phase contrast and DIC objectives, galvano and resonance scanners and live cell imaging capability (humidified environmental chamber with temperature and CO2 (control) with Perfect Focus System ™.

Lasers: 404, 488, 561, 637 nm
Emission: blue (425-475 nm), green (500 - 550 nm), red (570-620 nm), far red (662-737 nm)
