Attender data from the NCLS 2011 Survey. The survey offers three Attendance measures: Young adult retention - the extent to which the children of the faith community remain regular attenders when they grow into young adulthood (15 + years). Newcomers - the extent to which newcomers make up the congregation and whether they are new to church life, from another church or from another denomination in the last 5 years. Attendance change - the extent to which attendance numbers have changed over the last five years through the inflow and outflow of people.
