This Patient booklet was developed as part of Malene Ahern's PhD thesis titled My Back My Plan An individualised primary care program for acute low back pain (awarded from Macquarie University in 2020).

The booklet has been co-designed with key stakeholders with the objective to enable content to be tailored to patients, and to support person-centred care. The content in this booklet assists clinicians deliver targeted early education to help patients understand and self-manage their LBP.
