The data were collected to allow us to quantify the effect of mild environmental perturbation and sex on the phenotypic effects of mutations (Drosophila serrata). A total of 64 mutation accumulation (MA) lines and their ancestor were exposed to four environments (differing in diet &/or temperature). For each replicate vial in each environment, viability, development time and (wing) size were measured for males, females and both sexes pooled.
