Brief description

HT-29 cells were infected with Enterovirus 71 (EV71) at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) rate of one or nil respectively, and harvested at 36 hours postinfection (hpi).
The experiment used microRNA (miRNA) microarray to profile and identify miRNA which were up or down regulated due to EV71 infection.

The platform organism was synthetic construct, the sample organism homo sapiens. The experiment type was non-coding RNA profiling by array.  The experiments overall design used three biological replicates (six samples).
