Brief description

The aim of this investigation was to compare transcription profiles from the ovaries and testes of mature T. thynnus to establish sex specific variations underlying their reproductive physiology.

The organism was Thunnus Thynnus and the experiment type was expression profiling by array.  The experiments overall design was a two condition experiment, testes vs ovarian tissue, biological replicates four male testes and four female ovaries.

File formats include: SOFT formatted family files; MINiML formatted family files; Series Matrix Files (TXT).
