Full description

Porcine liver tissues were decellularized to obtain extracellular matrix using chemical detergent based protocols (Protocol I and Protocol II) over a period of 5 days. The matrix was functionalized with methacrylic anhydride to produce LivMA hydrogels that were photocrosslinked at different concentrations (0.5% and 0.75%) and crosslinking times (1,2,4 min). Mechanical testing of these hydrogels was conducted using compressive testing using 5848 Instron Microtester with a 5 N load cell.

The associated spreadsheet contains the raw data of the individual samples and the compiled data for all the different groups from both the protocols I and II.
