Mass segmented ToF-SIMS data matrices for positive and negative ion spectra.

Column 1 contains the mass value for each segment (centroid value used)

Other columns contain mass spectral data for each sample type, physical replicate and spectral replicate.

Column naming convention is as follows:

"N6_2_1_0"

N6 - sample descriptor (Nylon 6)
2 - physical replicate number for this sample type
1 - spectral replicate number for this physical replicate
0 - indicates raw data
