This volume gives the following information: number, name, age, remarks (chiefly giving details of criminal patients), date of admission, from where admitted (usually from gaols or Gladesville Hospital), date discharged, and to where; and date of death. At the back of the volume there are three pages (folios 529-31) which record deaths of 'colonial lunatics' from 1864-66. The details given are: name, age, number of folio, religion, date of admission, from where admitted, and date of death.
