Full description This project investigated the improved modelling of LMA risk in wheat across Australia. The work was aimed at using targeted field trial observations, laboratory grain quality data and multi-phase statistical analysis to support developments of a predictive model for LMA field incidence. The field incidence model was applied from 1991-2020 using patch-point SILO temperature data at over 1800 stations across the Australian wheatbelt. A frequency analysis of LMA incidence at station level was transformed into LMA risk maps at shire scale.
