This series consists of weekly or fortnightly lists of residents of Endeavour House. The series also includes a small amount of related correspondence, and minutes of case plan meetings detailing progress of individual residents.

The early lists are fortnightly and include details of full name of resident, date of birth, date admitted, expected date of discharge, and any comments. The residents are listed on a standard form, usually typed, and ordered nominally by expected discharge date, although this was rarely followed. The forms later became weekly, with the addition of information relating to reason for transfer, details of sentences, orders, and region of origin (e.g. New England, north east, central metro). From April 1988 the lists are computer generated and detail name of resident, date of birth, admission date, major committal, offences, and projected discharge date. These seem to have been produced fortnightly, although they could be more sporadic. The lists are arranged in reverse chronological order.
