Full description
Biological Oceanographic data collected during the March 2014 wet season A range of physical chemical and biological oceanographic data was collected in southern Kimberley coastal waters during March 2014 (wet season) as part of the WAMSI project (R.V. Solander cruise 5938). Data collected included:CTD (Seabird 911)Underway thermosalinograph (Seabird SBE21), chlorophyll (Wetlabs) and turbidityDissolved and particulate nutrients (NH4, NOx, PO4, Si, DON, DOP, PN, PP, PC)Dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC, total alkalinity)Phytoplankton (chlorophyll a, community composition)Zooplankton (dry weight and community compositionPrimary production (P vs I curves by photosynthetron)Community oxygen production and respiration, secondary productionBiological Oceanographic data collected during the October 2013 dry season cruise for WAMSI (Project 2.2.2 - Biological Oceanography)
