Full description

‘Key process model assumptions and input data for managing citrus processing waste’ was developed by Roanna Jones, PhD student, during her studies.

Roanna is investigating the economic feasibility and environmental impacts of food loss and waste (FLW) processing options. Through the course of this study, she created mass and energy flow process models to simulate eight alternative management options for citrus processing waste (CPW). The data includes key process assumptions and input data for the process models. The process models formed the basis of a techno-economic assessment and life cycle analysis study.
