The data was used in a case study on Bribie Island in Queensland, Australia, investigating "Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities" as a viable alternative for ageing-in-place. The objectives were to investigate why older adults relocate to Bribie Island, how they perceive their living environment, and their future relocation intentions. The research data were attained through semi-structured interviews with 21 Bribie Island residents, aged 65 and older.
