It is the culmination of the work of over 1000 healthcare professionals, early careers researchers and academics experts, multidisciplinary clinicians and patients/consumers internationally, bringing together the best available evidence with international, multidisciplinary clinical expertise and consumer preferences to provide healthcare professionals, consumers, educators, funders and policy makers with guidance. The guideline and translation programs promote accurate and timely diagnosis and best practice, evidence-based, consistent assessment and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
