These cards index the voluntary temporary, criminal, continuous treatment and inebriate patient files of the centre. Each card gives the following details: name; sex; age; social condition (married or single); occupation; nativity; religion; number of children; last address; date of admission; mode of admission (eg. voluntary, certified, criminal); ward; certifying doctor; mental state on admission; diagnosis (including supposed causes and physical affection); dates of any previous admissions; date of discharge; condition on discharge (eg. improved, relieved, not improved).
