Brief description

This dataset contains proteins identified using LC-MS/MS from IgE-reactive spots in the immunoblotting. Up to 27 spots of Coomassie-stained gels corresponding to IgE-reactive protein spots were cut and analysed by LC-MS/MS resulting in 338 validated proteins (at least two unique peptides at 99% protein probability)
