Data includes anthropometric and laboratory (lipid profile, glucose) measurements, and self-reported questionnaires including demographics, self-efficacy, social support, psychological well being (HADS, K10, SF-36 v2), diet (three-day food diaries, food frequency questionnaire), physical activity (seven-day diary, Active Australia Survey), smoking, and alcohol consumption.
