Full description Genome-wide association study for yield component traits among 295 macadamia progeny and their parents in the Australian macadamia breeding program. The aims of this study were to: (i) perform GWAS to identify markers significantly associated with yield component traits, and (ii) determine the location of significant markers on genome scaffolds.
