Assembled genomes and the associated annotation, predicted genes and predicted proteins for seven Symbiodinium isolates: Symbiodinium linucheae CCMP2456, Symbiodinium microadriaticum 04-503SCI.03, Symbiodinium microadriaticum CassKB8, Symbiodinium natans CCMP2548, Symbiodinium necroappetens CCMP2469, Symbiodinium pilosum CCMP2461, and Symbiodinium tridacnidorum CCMP2592. Each compressed file for an isolate contains (a) the assembled genome sequences (*.genome.fasta.gz), (b) the predicted protein-coding genes (*.CDS.fna.gz), (c) the predicted protein sequences (*.proteins.faa.gz), (d) the genome annotation (*.gff), (e) putative plastid genome sequences (plastid_*.fasta, except for CCMP2592), and (f) putative mitochondrial genome sequences (mitochondrial_*.fasta). No putative plastid genome sequences were recovered from the assembled genome of S. tridacnidorum CCMP2592. See README_txt.csv (view as flatfile) for more information.Issued: 2021
