Full description
Assembled nuclear genomes of Polarella glacialis (independently for isolate CCMP1383 and isolate CCMP2088 in FASTA format; *_GenomeScaffolds_*), the associated predicted protein-coding gene sequences, protein sequences, and annotation (*_PredGenes_v1_cds_pep_gff3.*), information about predicted tRNAs and rRNAs (*_tRNA_rRNA_PredcitionOutputs_*), and genome sequences of the associated bacteria (*_Assoc_Bacteria_Genomes_*). The mitochondrial and plastid genome fragments (that had been removed to yield the final nuclear genome assemblies) are available as *MitoPlastid_Scaffolds*.Issued: 2020
