Full description The Gateways to the History of Medicine at the University of Melbourne has been devised by the Australian Science and Technology Heritage Centre, the Johnstone-Need Medical History Unit and the Medical History Museum and its friends. The project enabled the creation of a number of online catalogues and research registries that documented aspects of the history of medicine and dentistry at the University of Melbourne. Funding was provided by the University of Melbourne 150th Small Project Fund, the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Heath Sciences and other benefactors.
