These food waste and observation audit forms and interview questions were developed as part of the research project conducted by University of Adelaide Honours student, Asgiri Jayasekara.
The project aimed to measure the amount of pre-consumer food waste produced by food outlets based at an Australian university campus and explore foodservice and menu practices which might contribute to food waste in this type of foodservice setting.
