This dataset contains the raw FLIPR (Fluorescence Imaging Plate Reader) calcium imaging data used in the mathematical modeling of the differential sensitivity of ORAI1α and ORAI1β variants to extracellular pH. The data were acquired from live-cell fluorescence recordings of cells expressing either ORAI1α, ORAI1β or mutants exposed to varying extracellular pH conditions.
