Demographic and health-related data were collected from 35 participants diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States as part of a feasibility study for a 6-week web-based educational lifestyle program (2021). Participants were aged 18 years or older and proficient in English.
