This is the dataset for the paper: DNA methylation in Escherichia coli changes in response to growth conditions. This dataset contains pod5 files from E. coli samples under different growth conditions and growth phases. All pod5 files were generated by Oxford Nanopore sequencing. These files contain raw electrical signals that can be used for basecalling to obtain DNA and DNA methylation information by ONT Dorado. The metadata file in the dataset provides basic information for each sample. Please cite our dataset and paper if you use our method or dataset.
