Brief description
Water content and NMR relaxation times are the most important properties estimated from surface nuclear magnetic resonance (SNMR) data. These properties are estimated during the geophysical inversion of SNMR data. These data were acquired as part of the Exploring for the Future (EFTF) program at field sites within the East Kimberley and Southern Stuart Corridor field areas.Lineage

Statement: SNMR data were acquired at field sites using the Vista Clara GMR system. Raw data are stored a binary lab view files. These data were processed using proprietary Vista Clara processing software to produce matlab files. We use nearby AEM conductivities to estimate the electrical resistivity of the sub-surface at each site. Processed SNMR data and text files with these estimates of the electrical are fed into the proprietary Vista Clara SNMR inversion software.
