The dataset contained in this package and release consists of GA’s Layered-Earth-Inversion (GALEI, Brodie, 2016) conductivity-depth estimates from the AEM data, acquired over several areas of Western Australia, converted into SEG-Y format. Notes

Purpose
The AEM surveys provide precompetitive information used to inform decisions made by governments, community, and industry on the sustainable development of Australia's mineral, energy, and groundwater resources. The current data release package contains point located line conductivity data for each survey location, derived from GALEI algorithm (released previously) that has been converted to SEG-Y format (suitable for display mostly in seismic data processing software).
