This dataset includes 16-channel local field potential recordings from behaving Drosophila melanogaster (Canton-S) flies. It includes a sample size of N = 19 flies, of minimum 12 hours recording duration sampled at 25kHz. It also includes video data and processed DeepLabCut videos tracking proboscis extension behaviour.
