Full description

This dataset contains the videos and drone logs from 269 drone approaches of mixed-species bird flocks containing predominantly shorebirds roosting in their non-breeding grounds in Moreton Bay, eastern Australia (located in the 'raw data' directory). In the 'scripts' directory it contains R code to process the raw data into spreadsheets (stored in the 'data' directory) and fit a generalised additive model (stored in the 'models' directory) to determine the significant explanatory variables. These results are provided in the 'plots' directory.
