Full description

Dr Michael Short's research broadly focuses on improving the 'carbon footprint' of the urban water industry. His research also seeks to better understand the microbiology of large-scale wastewater treatment processes, to help water utilities optimise water recycling operations, and to develop better environmental management policies and sustainable practices for the water industry.
