Brief description
Dr Brooks began his career as an engineer, progressing through managerial roles in engineering, operations, sales and marketing, business development and general management. He entered academe to pursue his research interests in commitment, organisational behaviour, consumer behaviour, business demographics and student-group attitudes.
Gordon has published on: organisational commitment and the broader concept of workplace commitment; groups and teams; sustainability; diffusion and adoption of innovations from a perspective consistent with Rogers; and, China as an emerging market.
