PhD Candidate at the University of Melbourne
Andrea is interested in climate and weather extremes and will be investigating the relationships between different types of temperature and precipitation extreme events. She will first focus on identifying those relationships in observational data before moving on to climate model data. She aims to understand the processes involved and is interested in evaluating the potential of climate models for projections of climate extremes.
