vat1_exp_processed_data.mat - this is the combined experimental data sets used for trap stiffness calculation. Ellipsoid Vaterite Tmatrices - these are the Tmatrices used in Section V B of the paper. Vaterite Tmatrices in water - these are the Tmatrices used through Sections III, IV and V. TrapStiffness_[origin/zaxis]_vsRadius_vsBeamAngle.mat - Trap stiffness calculations for different-sized vaterite and beam convergence angle. Vaterite is in an x-polarised trap. The vaterite is either positioned at the beam focus [origin] or at its axial equilibrium position [zaxis]. Torque_[origin/zaxis]_vsRadius_vsBeamAngle.mat - Torque calculations for different-sized vaterite and beam convergence angle. Vaterite is in a circularly-polarised trap. The vaterite is either positioned at the beam focus [origin] or at its axial equilibrium position [zaxis]. hene_contribution_*.mat - contains the data related to Section V a.
