We collected and uploaded six spatial transcriptomic datasets to this database. The collected datasets include a) human HER2-positive breast tumour ST data, b) 10x Genomics Visium data and Swarbrick’s Laboratory Visium data, c) the human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, d) skin cancer melanoma dataset, e) kidney cancer dataset, f) liver disease dataset. The collected datasets are used for benchmarking existing deep learning models which predict spot-level spatial gene expression from H&E images only.
