Dataset associated with "Effects of glutamine supplementation on Atlantic salmon Salmo salar metabolic performance at high temperatures". It includes oxygen consumption rate - proxy for metabolic rate - (AS and SDA), morphometrics, CTmax, histology, carcass composition, TGSH of Tasmanian Atlantic salmon parr acclimated at 22°C and fed three experimental diets a control diet (D1, no addition of glutamine), D2 (7% glutamine supplementation with other dietary amino acid levels reduced - isonitrogenous to D1), and D3 (6% glutamine and with the same amino acid profile as D1). Data files are saved as CSV, and the Read Me file contains a detailed description of each column.Issued: 22 09 2024
