Participants completed sessions across multiple days, including MRS (7T), TMS (single and paired-pulse), and a motor learning task (SRTT) with sham and active stimulation across seperate sessions. This dataset includes: 1. Data: MRS values for GABA+ and glutamate across three voxels of interest (); raw and computed values for TMS for resting motor thresholds, I/O curves, SICI, and LICIC; raw and computed motor learning performance with/without tDCS; blinding (tDCS) information; and demographic information 2. Materials used to collect and extract data.
