The data associated with this paper includes RNA sequencing data from multiple stages of analysis to identify gene expression divergence in gravitropic and agravitropic plants of Senecio lautus. RNA-seq data was collected over five time points and for control and treatment individuals. The code used to analyse this data can be found at https://github.com/ZoeBr/Broad-et-al.-2023. Differentially expressed genes and the datasets that were used for Weighted Gene Co-Expression network analysis can be found here.
