Full description
The data associated with this paper includes RNA sequencing data from multiple stages of analysis to identify gene expression divergence in gravitropic and agravitropic plants of Senecio lautus. RNA-seq data was collected over five time points and for control and treatment individuals. The code used to analyse this data can be found at https://github.com/ZoeBr/Broad-et-al.-2023. Differentially expressed genes and the datasets that were used for Weighted Gene Co-Expression network analysis can be found here.Issued: 28 10 2024
