This dataset contains flow cytometry immunophenotyping profiles, metagenomic sequencing data, associated clinical metadata, and analysis code generated for this study. It comprises a cohort of 82 cancer patients, including melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC), and renal cancer, all undergoing immunotherapy treatment. Samples were collected longitudinally at two time points (baseline and 3 months).
