Data description: Disease isolates were primarily collected in 2021 in the south Western Australian agricultural regions. Both barley (Hordeum vulgare) and barley grass (H. murinup ssp, leporinum) grasses with foliar leaf symptoms consistent with Pyrenophora teres (net blotch disease) were sampled and isolated in the Curtin University laboratories. Isolates were then sequenced with the reduced representation sequencing method, DArTSeq, this is the curated data of 119 isolate genotypes.
