Full description
The folder of Brain_histological_slices: Nineteen histological sections (.jpg) (10µm thickness, Haematoxylin and Eosin staining). The folder of MRIdata: 1_MRI_cuttlefish_brains contains MRIs of the 5 isolated cuttlefish brains Five brain segmentation files 2_Whole_cuttlefish_scan contains MRI of a whole cuttlefish body and brain Brain and eyes segmentation files These files can be read using numerous open-source MRI software (e.g. MRtrix3 or ITKsnap). The folder of lobe_related_tractography: 47 lobe-dependent tractography files of the individual of female cuttlefish (ML = 107mm). These reduced-size files represent only 10000 streamlines of each lobe extracted from the probabilistic tractography. The number index of the tractography files represents the same order of the number of the brain lobe represented in Figure1 in main text and the supplementary table2. These tractography files can be read and interact with the MRI brain using the open-source MRI software (e.g. MRtrix3).Issued: 14 09 2022
