Crawford Productions Radio Script Collection

Full description

This collection features scripts (including notes and drafts) for Crawford Productions radio productions. Crawford Productions were a very successful radio production house before they moved into producing items for television from the 1960s. Some of the successful radio shows made by Crawford Productions became successful television shows (for example, D24 on radio became Homicide). A range of genres are represented in this collection including children's programmes, crime dramas and programmes designed to highlight social issues. This collection was donated to the AFI Research Collection by Crawford Productions in 2005. NOTE: Items not yet catalogued, however we hold over 50 boxes of scripts, many of these boxes contain multiple scripts.
